Bird Watching
Gloucester is a wonderful environment for birdwatching, with varied habitats and a long list of species. We typically venture out in the early morning on the second Sunday of the month, visiting public and private land, usually spending an hour or two. Each month, we not only learn a little more about our local birds and biodiversity, but also make our data available for research by entering the list of species observed into the Birdlife Australia database, Birdata.
See the Resource Section for further information.
